where do i find the download for a subscription paid adobe pro xi

I have recently changed from a windows system to a mac and need to download Adobe Pro XI - but I want to download the software I pay a subscription for - not the free trial.

where do I find the download - help please!

Your subscription is linked to your Adobe ID.

Please license the software using your Adobe ID to activate the software from trial to full version.

Would it not be better to sort out the bug in the latest Creative Cloud downloader?

Mine now has reverted to TRY for Dreamwaver which I have not yet downloaded but previously said INSTALL

I seem to have a random mixture of TRY and Install on the other unloaded apps below 'Find New Apps'

A free trial is no different from a fully activated version except for the number of days you can use it.  If you have a serial number you can activate the trial to full use.
