Where do I find the product key number

How do I find the product number when it ask for after  you enter the serial number, than it ask for product number.

    Sounds like you're installing an upgrade and obviously for that you need to have the serial of the previous product, which usually is a sticker on teh install DVD case or registered on your account...

    Hi,  thanks for letting me know that. Here is my problem, First I bought the adobe from Dell computers. Student and Teacher Version, that's what the guy sold me at Dell. Called the Adobe co. They informed me that I did not need this version, but Adobe x Standard. I called Dell again and returned that version. Than the sales person, sold me Adobe X Standard Version, well you can guess what came next. I needed the Product key which I don't have. I called Dell again, this time I am really upset. I explained to them that all I want is to scan the document and than edit the document, that's all I want to do. I have been given a run aound from one extension to another by Dell Representative. I would really appreciate all the help I can get. God Bless.

    Bapujicrawford the serial number should be located on the back of the CD case.  Please refer to Find a Serial number for an example of where the serial number is located.
