Where do I go to download a product I own

Question

I don't have the disc for my product because I changed from using a MAC to a PC. I can see they changed over the product and I have the serial number but there are no download buttons. And I cant seem to get in contact with a human via the phone because they dont offer tech support on the phone for CS6 Creative Suites products.

I am very close to losing it nothing is helping

Your serial number is platform specific and only works with a platform specific version of the software. You cannot use a Mac serial number for a Windows installation. Because it is CS6, you should be able to get a platform swap.
