Where/how can i purchase Photoshop and Illustrator [in Mauritania]?

Hello, I was trying to buy Adode creative cloud apps but it says it is not available in the country i live in which is Mauritania.

I searched online to see how i can purchase.

It mentioned about resellers. I have searched for hours, no where to be found

Can you please help me purchase Adode creative cloud apps?

Please help. I will it for self studies!

Especially Photoshop and Illustrator i need the most. Where Can I purchase? I don't see anywhere.

Thanks but when select the country name and select "retail" or something else, it says "No resellers found. Please try again."

Does it mean I be able to find resllers where I could purchase in the country I am in?
