Where is customer support?

Question

All I need to do is update my REMOVED payment settings. the website tells me it cant do it and to try again and if that doesnt work contact customer support. Well after a host of menus designed to not give me any sutomer support I reach 2 options for customer support a chat option that does nothing when i click on it and a phone number that doesnt work because I'm in Japan. WHY THE REMOVED IS THERE NO EMAIL!!! I PAY $30 a month there damn well better be an email address and a phone number that works.

I want a REMOVED customer service person to email me right REMOVED now! this is pathetic!

I HATE HATE HATE this company. Looking for something else now. They activated a silly stock photo abo which I didn't want an now I can not talk or write to anybody to delete it!!!!!
