I also purchased CS5.5 Design Standard Suite which came with the promise of a free upgrade to CS6.  I have NOT received the email about downloading the CS6 upgrade.  And why are the questions on this topic not being answered?  If the email will be sent soon, why don't you give your customers some relief from the worry that they have been conned?  Your feedback sucks.

SINCE THERE IS NO DECENT ADOBE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR EMAIL MESSAGES I HAVE TO DEPOSE MY COMPLAINTS HERE:

May 11 I bought Adobe Master collection.

I paid with VISA

Reference Number: 10614315800

it would be delivered in 24 hours, or in my case: 2/3 days extra for dvd handling:

NOTHING came, except for an EMPTY volume license and the below message,

saying that the order is COMPLETE

Without further explanation.

However: I do not even have an order number.

When I log in there is NO recent order shown.

All I have is the below no reply message.

It is impossible to reach adobe.

I wonder what is going on here.

How long will it take before I ever get my master collection?

This is very frustrating and a terrible customer service.

I need the product asap for my business!

please help!

Just disregard that last post from me..... I purchased CS5, not CS6, and I eventually worked it out. There was nothing to say that I needed to log onto Adobe onlin to find out what the "closed case" meant. Have found my SN, and all is good!

I have purchased CS6 Photoshop Extended Student & Teacher. Was required to provide evidence that I am involved in education so did that. Received an email confirming that this was received and telling me that the documents would be approved and I would be notified of my approval status. What I require is a registration number as it didn't come with the Student & Teacher edition, but all i have received is another email telling me that the case has been closed... Where is my registration number for this product??????

I have NOT received an email with my download instructions or my registration number. I purchased PS CS5.1 and paid for it which intitled me to a free upgrade to CS6. What should I do since this DOES NOT show as a bending order in my recent order file??? My Order # was AD001315691EDU for the Photoshop Extended Student & Teacher edition.

Ok, it's Monday and I have received my email... I still cannot find the installer for my "Photoshop CS6 Subscription Edition (one-year)", Support and links all take me to this page https://creative.adobe.com/#apps where I can only see an Extended version of Photoshop CS6. Am I missing something?

Please help.

I am waiting for the CS6 Master Collection - I purchased the CS5.5 upgrade within the window for the free CS6 upgrade, however I need to have the discs shipped. My download speed would take days. How do I proceed with this once the software becomes fully available? Thanks.

Question 1: I installed a CS5.5 trial. At the end of the trial, I was going to sign up for the subscription but decided to go with CS6 Cloud instead. Should I uninstall the CS5.5 trial before downloading and installing 6?

Question 2: I am not yet comfortable with the idea of storing my files in the cloud. Would I still be able to save my files to my computer?

Hi there,

I found the page to download CS6 suite of products but there is also the Master and Creative suite; which one are we supposed to download?

Also,someone else asked/said that we don't use the downloaded products but use them only on the Cloud. But from what I read previously, I believed we would be downloading the software and using it on the desktop as normal.

Please can you confirm this is so?

You have to download and install the software, yes.

About the suite you must download, go through the products listed under each suite and download the suite that best suits your requirements.

If you can tell us your intention of downloading the software, we can provide a better answer.
