Where is my download?

I paid for a 1-year subscription for Adobe Illustrator and now I cannot find where to download the application. Your "Adobe Account" keeps saying "There was an error loading your..."

Use a modern desktop browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.  Log-in below.  Is Illustrator plan active?  Are payment details current?

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

I have creative cloud. Illustrator says "Trial Ended" and the option to buy is unavilable. I've logged in and out of creative cloud as well, twice.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

if that shows your active subscription, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

 

if that fails, or your subscription is not shown, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
