Where is my premium?

Hi, I bought adobe creative cloud, last May and I just bought a third computer that I want to install the programs on. But my account says that I do not have a premium and therefore I cannot download the programs that I have paid for. So I want you to look it up so I can use the programs or pay back my money.

This is not a direct pipeline to Adobe support.  This is a user-to-user forum.  We can't help you with your billing, account or activation of subscriptions. Log-in to your account below with your paid ID and password to confirm your subscription is active and payment details are current

Premium what? There's no subscription plan or product by that name.

 

In any case, you are only allowed to activate Adobe products on two computers. If you have already done so, you will have to deactivate it on at least one computer before trying to activate them on a third.
