Where is support and why can I not use software I pay for. Error - reference code 213 -
I cant open Photoshop, it makes me sign in, it starts then a window pops up saying reference code 213 and only the option to quit.
I am paying for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The licencing on Adobe is so so so so aggressive, every time I move between my laptop and PC and mac I have to sign in multiple times and do 2 step authentication via email. Its so time consuming and so aggressive. Now I cant log in with an error reference code 213.
When I go to the adobe website, it has a tiny tiny tiny link tucked away saying Talk to someone, when you click on it it takes you to an advertisment!!!!!! To buy adobe products. There is nowhere obvious to get help for a piece of software that has no delay or issue CHARGING my card every month.
