Where is the 2021 updates for my Mac?

Question

My creative cloud on the Mac says my desktop apps are up to date and does not show the new 2021 app updates. My Mac is compatible so I know that is not an issue. I was able to update the apps on My PC to the new 2021 versions but can't seem to get my creative cloud on my Mac to see the new updates. Does anyone know why this is?

CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when they are not
