Where is the chat support option??
I have an open support case,
but when I click on the "chat with support now" in that email,
or on the "Contact Us. Real help from real people. Start now" on a problem page here,
I only get to the support page with the three tiles on top and no way to initiate a chat!
I am signed in.
I’ve been going around in circles for hours now, and I don’t recall how I even could open up a support case earlier.
Does anyone have a deep link to a chat window?
