Where is the chat support option??

I have an open support case,

but when I click on the "chat with support now" in that email,

or on the "Contact Us. Real help from real people. Start now" on a problem page here,

I only get to the support page with the three tiles on top and no way to initiate a chat!

I am signed in.

I’ve been going around in circles for hours now, and I don’t recall how I even could open up a support case earlier.

Does anyone have a deep link to a chat window?

Click on the chat icon(circle with three dots) on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human. If you don't see the icon try changing your browser.

Thanks Manan,

but no chat icon shows up, neither in Firefox (with script blockers turned off) nor in vanilla Edge nor Chrome.
