Every post I read everywhere says use AdobeCloud cleaner tool but that would remove Adobe cloud. Every walkthru I find says there is an option to uninstall individua; apps by selecting the 3 dots and choosing more > uninstall. That option is not there.

I wasn't clear what you were attempting to uninstall but it sounded like Creative Cloud apps

If you are attempting to uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app itself we have this article which has a link to an uninstaller utility to uninstall it (this can be used despite the warning which appears)
