Where is the serial number on Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Editor.

Hi!I just want to know how I can find the serial number of my Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Editor, that I bought on Apple Store on march 29 and install on my MAC.I want to do an update because my Photoshop doesn't work since the latest update of my MAC to the OS X El Capitan.Now, I can't save my works.Can you help me?Thank you!

I have learned that purchases from the App Store linked to my account, don't have serial or license number.

The application Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Editor is no longer available for purchase in the App Store, so that's why they don't do new updates for this program.

iTunes Store Customer Support have referred me to the Adobe service to obtain the serial number to finally make the update.

Hoping you can solve my problem.

This is by contacting Adobe I found myself on the forum, I thought it was the reason for its existence precisely, am I wrong?
