Where is the support service??

Question

It has been three time already this week I am supposed to have a call from Adobe Support.
The first time my phone rang ONCE and then, bye bye.
Then I had a second appointment, and no call
Then I had a third appointment, and no call
Every time I spending hours waiting and also organizing myself. For nothing.

So what's wrong with this so-called support?
