Where’s customer service?

I just downloaded Adobe pro for trial, and I got charged HK$8 right away after the download. I wanted to contact CS but couldn't find a phone number or email address to ask. The purchasing email says "our customer service is 24-hour year round" (in Chinese), but when I clicked on the link the website says service hour is up to 5pm and is now close. Can't believe this customer service is so bad from such a big company slike this!!! I'm very frustrated.

1. Why I got charged?

2. How can I contact CS after office hour? I don't mind dropping an email

3. Why is that the email says CS available all time but in fact is not?

click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)

in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
