Where should I buy Premiere Elements 2020?

Is this available to purchase today? According to sales and tech support it isn't available until November.

      Hi there,

      I tried the link https://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-elements.html but was unable to reproduce the issue. Could you try clearing the cookie and cache of the web browser you are using and then try to purchase the order ?

      I tried to buy it on the Adobe website (upgrading both) and it wouldn't go through and after talking to sales on the phone and tech support on the phone, they said they couldn't do the 2020 version and that it would be available in November.
