Where to download the corporate [volume licensed] version of Dreamweaver CS3?

The version for Windows is bought. I need a version for Mac. Serial numbers are.

Adobe stopped selling Creative Suite products. You cannot legally purchase CS3 from ANY outlet, nor ANY re-seller in ANY country anymore.

The only option is to join the Creative Cloud. Several Plans are available.
