I am trying to re install Acrobat Pro v9 Extended and cannot find a full version, only upgrades.  I had to wipe my Windowv7 system and need to re install no

    There are actually no such things as upgrade versus full versions.  What differentiates one from the other is the serial number/license.  If you purchased an upgrade then your serial number carries that information such that when you go to activate it you are required to confirm your qualifications to use an upgrade license.

    I no longer have the original version as I have to wipe my Windows 7 machine and reinstall all the software!  I have a legitimate serial number but just cannot seem to find the software version to accept the serial number

    There is only one version of the software (it covers upgrade, full, and extended licenses).  If your serial number indicates have an upgrade license then you will be asked to identify the qualifying older version that you own that qualifies you to use the upgrade.
