Which Adobe software will fix my home video

I converted my very old vhs home movies to a digital format.  I waited to long and the tape degraded pretty badly.  The digital copy is over saturated.  I can adjust the colours on my tv to look almost right. Which Adobe software will be suited to correct my saturation and colour.  Should I go to black and white and then colourize?  Help!
