Which Creative Cloud package to buy?
Hello. What Creative Cloud package to buy? To was Photoshop and Illustrator.

Windows 8.1 is not supported by Adobe Cloud apps. Don't buy a Cloud plan if you're keeping that operating system. The apps will not work.
BEFORE you buy a Cloud plan, you'll either have to upgrade to Windows 10 on your current computer or get a new computer

The cheapest option if you definitely want only Photoshop and Illustrator is two separate plans: the Photography Plan (for Photoshop) + Single App Illustrator
