I ran this command:

c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer>iexplore.exe -extoff

and IE started a window with a message about no add-ons:

Then I went to:

https://www.adobe.com/account/sign-in.adobedotcom.html?returnURL=https://www.adobe.com/account.html

and tried to "Sign In" and it still didn't work.

As@adobe.com thank you for the update.  You will still want to review your security settings within the browser.  Also many times virus protection software can also interfere with the browsing experience.

If Firefox is functioning properly for you then that would indicate that your account is functioning properly and the difficulties you are experiencing are limited to your current installation/configuration of Internet Explorer.

I am unable to "Sign In" to adobe.com (for personalized website experience) using Internet Explorer 11 but I am able to do so using Firefox 27.  When I try to sign in using IE 11 I enter my username and password and hit the "Submit" button but there is no response.  There is a spinning 'pinwheel' to indicate progress, but nothing else happens.  There is no error message or login failure notice.

I wanted to notify someone at Adobe that I was having this problem, but I don't see where to submit problems pertaining to the website.

I discovered that I am able to "Sign In" to adobe.com using IE 11 on a different computer.  So it would seem that the problem is local and not coming from Adobe; but I can't figure out the cause.  I am able to login to other sites using IE 11, so it seems to be specific to adobe.com.  I have tried deleting cookies, but that doesn't seem to help.

As@Adobe.com I would recommend you review the security settings and possibly any add-ons or toolbars you may have installed within Internet Explorer.

I am referring to www.adobe.com.  I had trouble with the "Sign In" feature and didn't know where to report it.  Eventually I chatted with a support person, but he just re-directred me to the forums.  There doesn't seem to be a forum for the adobe.com website.

There doesn't seem to be a forum for the adobe.com website.

There isn't one specifically.

What problem are you having with the "Sign In" feature on the website?

What kind of problem do you have with Adobe.com ?

Or is it perhaps Acrobat.com ?  If so, what service?
