Which version of photoshop is perfect for beginner designer?

Hi Adobe Community! I am new here, I want to start my graphic designing career. First of all, I will design beautiful posts for my website (<possible spam link removed-kglad>). Kindly suggest me version of photoshop which is perfect for new designer. Please reply me. Thanks!

photoshop elements (pse) is an easier to use version of photoshop (ps) with much more limited capacity than ps. if you don't need ps to do what you want (now and in the future), you might save money with pse.
