there is a residual file "AdobeGCClient" in Program FilesX(86)>Common Files>Adobe>AdobeGCClient

Iam unable to delete this file.

still unable to download apps please help

uninstall everything cc

clean per Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

restart your computer

reinstall the cc desktop app, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial

install your trials using the cc app.
