white flashing empty login screen prevents using any app
I'm a CC paying customer that can not acces any of the latest apps. Tech support advised me to use the 2017 CC apps instead. I think this is not normal to have customers pay for apps they cant use. It's a white flashing popup size screen that prevents the apps from being used. It's really frustrating that you have the software and pay for it but you cant use it.
Somebody from a tech support logged in clicked around a bit and told me i should use the older versions.
is there a timeframe when it will all work again?
