Who do I talk to about the cancellation fee and/or fixing my adobe CC

I bought this program for my 10 year old son not knowing that any months I don't use I have to pay for. They billed me today for 10 dollars and I figured that he doesn't use it anymore. I canceled and I got charged an extra 50 bucks! Where can I post this and get help? Is there anything I can do? I am a little frustrated and I have no idea how to find ANYONE to talk to. Please help if you can.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/misc/subscription_terms.html

You agreed to the terms, so now you have to pay the penalty to cancel early
