Who is 855 214-1930 Are they Adobe support?

Who is 855 214 1930? I went to the Adobe site to try to speak to a technician that can help me register my upgrade from Lightroom 3 to 4. They wanted $229 for 1 year and would help me set up. they wanted to go into my computer and check why I could not register. they wanted to look at my console on my MAC. I got suspicious and pulled the plug. Are these people legit? When you Google the phone number it does say Adobe support? Can anyone tell me if these folks are for real or hackers?

A google search indicates that telephone number is a private technical support company called admart. No relation to Adobe.
