Whole Creative Cloud App Window is White

I have installed Creative Cloud on a 2nd computer but cant install anything as Creative Cloud app opens up with a completly white window so no option to sign in or do anything!

Its a laptop running Windows 7 with all updates installed.

    Have tried this & it makes no difference, same thing still happening...

    Can you confirm if "&,<,>" are present in your Adobe ID and if so can you please remove and retry ?
