why adobe illustrator can not install in my laptop

My sytem specifications are good like ssd installed with amd card but i am not able to install adobe illustrator it always show me please try again

What is the exact error message you see? Can you post a screenshot?

Which operating system? What are your hardware specs?

i did not see any message system got handged and thenn window closed and my system is i7 with 128 ssd and amd graphic card
