I had a PC failure; now Adobe won't find my serial numbers to reinstall them.

You're all redirecting me to the same Product Registration page I posted in an image with my question —I wonder what happened to it. It's gone—. In the same image were the three serial numbers of the software I purchased: Adobe 19, 16 and 14. I've already checked all the Adobe pages in the website but I don't find an installer; what I need is an installer: I need to RE-install my software.

Tip: you need to keep the installers safe if you are able to get them at all. Adobe are moving to block all old downloads. Keep them really safe, not just on your computer.

adobe download links prior to cc 2020 are available from prodesigntools.com. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file.  it may not remain online.

Do you not have a list of what you purchased?

A red message pops up saying my serial numbers are being used.

@william6C1C, you can ask for an activation count reset: use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

which creative suite version?

if cs3, cs3, or cs4, you can no longer activate and use beyond the 30day trial period on any one computer.

I'm not entirely certain what you're trying to do here. You don't have to reregister the product when you reinstall it. You just install it and give it the serial number when asked.

Is this one of the Creative Suites or CS programs, or is this the subscription Creative Cloud All Apps or single program?

In the meantime, let me move this to the Download & Install forum for you, which is the appropriate forum for your question.

* The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs, installation issues, or account issues such as subscription questions or billing problems, or generalized questions about Creative Cloud services.
* Questions about business plans should be posted in Enterprise and Teams
* Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.
* Installation questions should be posted in the Download & Install community.
* Account issues, including subscription questions or billing problems, should be posted in the Account, Payment, & Plan community.
* Questions about the Creative Cloud desktop app or general questions about apps in the Creative Cloud should be posted to the Creative Cloud Services community.

I chose to stay signed in to Adobe. When I try to install the software, Adobe asks me to sign in again. It won't be possible to install the software because it detecs that I'm already signed in. Why do you trick customers like that? Why do you block customers that way?

I am not an Adobe employee. Most of the people here are users of Adobe software, not employees, who are trying to help each other out.
