Why am I been questined about problems in my association if the credit card was properly debted?

I am using a Windows 8.1 PC with an I7 processor. My creatinve cloud app works just fine, but I receive a message saying

"You are not connected to the internet or there are a problem in your account... verify payment information... 1 day left..." (in portuguese, language which I installed the creative cloud...)

Contact Adobe Support thru chat and describe your issue to them.

Chat support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
