Why am I being asked to enter a serial number for Creative Cloud applications?

I was able to successfully activate after effects, now I'm trying to activate the trial versions of premier pro and audition (both are included in my membership) and they are asking me for a serial number.

The steps mentioned above did not correct my issue. Any other suggestions?

Hi Hawkes Learning Support,

I have checked and found that on your email you only have the subscription for After Effects and not for Premiere pro that is the reason it is asking for the serial number.
