Why am I getting this message - Oops! This code doesn't seem to be active. Please contact the retailer you purchased the card from, or use a different code. For more information contact Customer Support and order by phone
The first time I received this message I was on the phone with Best Buy for 45 minutes when they decided it was improperly scanned at the store. They recommend that I return the product for a new one and it should have worked fine. WHen I got it home I get the same message with a new code. All I want to do is install this software on my MAC. Please help.
