Why are CMYK breakdowns across Adobe CC different to my new Pantone Colour Bridge swatch?

Hi.

When choosing a Pantone colour across the design packages, the CMYK breakdown doesn't match what is on my new Pantone Colour Bridge swatch. I have tried all the different settings Edit> Colour Settings > Europe General Purpose 3 etc. But still no luck.

Any ideas?
