why are my programs still trial versions?

I have purchased and installed the student deal for creative cloud and the programs, which were only available as trial versions. The monthly payment has been deducted from my account. But I have only the other option of 'buy now' for most programs and Adobe Acrobat has expired altogether. I did have trial versions previously to purchasing the student package and uninstalled everything first. So why is this happening? Should I have received a key or something? Or a receipt? Or a confirmation email?

    Thank you. Yes it worked. Sorry I didn't realise that I had to go into settings to sign out completely and that it would activate my subscription. Thanks!

    Are you sure that you are using the correct Adobe ID to sign in to Creative Cloud, we have checked the details of your account and couldn't find any active subscription.

    Please provide us the below mentioned details in a Private Message so that we can assist you appropriately.
