Why are some of my menu options in a language I can not read?

Some of my menu options are in English the way I would prefer them to be, while others are in a language completely unfamiliar to me. Never had this problem until I switched from the subscribed version to the free version. How do I fix it?

Open Creative Cloud Desktop App and click on the 3 dots icon.  Select Preferences.  Choose your preferred App Language from the drop-down list.  See screenshot.  You may need to reinstall your other apps to get the right language.

Please tell us which Adobe software you’re using, and what version, so we can move this post to the correct product forum. It will also help us if you provide detail such as what operating system and version you have (and any language localization you may have installed), what hardware platform you’re using, etc.
