why can not you get started right away and it will take 24 hours for your order to be processed

I see you had purchased a Creative Cloud single app for Indesign. The subscription is absolutely active and you should be able to use it.

You should be able to get started right away, as all Adobe products offer a free trial period that allow you to download, install, and run the software on your computer, even if your purchase/order isn't yet completed.
