I bought two new Elements 13 (sent the first one back), but both times I can't get my serial number validated.  I can't get in touch with customer service and they won't get back to my, even after many requests!!!! Help!

This is exactly my problem as well. Under "My Orders," is shows that my serial number is for the Windows version. How on earth do I actually communicate with someone at Adobe?

This advice seems to be "the old run around!" Jeff. After hours of telephone hold time, I find Adobe to be quite unresponsive. Two requests to the Chat line--no response. Two different telephone numbers--no results! I am trapped: a new(Mac) computer and about 10,000 photos in PS albums and keywords. The new orders telephone number sold me the correct, Mac version. If you have suggestion for getting a refund for the Windows, let me know.

The last computer company I thought was "brain dead" was Hewlett Packard, and they have laid off about 10,000 employees since.

Are you getting " unable to valid your serial number" error message?
