Why can't I access my Adobe CS6 Production Premium?

Hi all,

I have bought the Adobe CS6 Production Premium way back and have had some problems along the way. However, a new one has arrived.

I can't access my installed programs anymore - as soon as I try to open them they redirect me to "renew my subscription" even though it's payed and not a monthly service.

The only reason I can think of that might have caused trouble along the way (this wasn't an issue a month or two ago as long as I can recall) is that I don't have a CC subscription as well anymore. It was provided through my school for a year and that year is up.

However, why would that cancellation effect my purchased and installed CS6 products? My CC app even tells me they're installed, I don't get it.

I went through a live chat and after the suggestion to run the cc cleaner tool I have "cleaned" everything (without unistalling) because I was told that would do the trick. But it didn't, so now I'm redirected to the forum. Is there someone that know where I can go from here?

Thanks,

Jessica

apply each step you can in this order:

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

after securing your serial number, uninstall everything cs6 using the uninstallers

clean per Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall your cs6 and activate with your serial number
