Why can't I cancel my CC subscription?
I already cancelled my CC subscription on Nov, 24 (I've even got a confirmation email for my cancellation!), but I'm re-charged for monthly plan on Dec 19.
I tried to cancel my plan again, but found that there is no way to cancel my subscription. I have 'cancel my plan' button on my profile, but it says to contact support to cancel my plan. However, if i contact support, wait time is over an hour, and I nearly cannot get any support. I finally get connected to support two times, but they always says 'Let me help you with that', and does not help for me with that at all.
How can I cancel my subscription and get refunded? Before that, why am I charged automatically after cancellation of the plan? (I even get confirmation email!) Do I have to suspend my credit card to stop the charge?
