Why can't I download any of adobe's apps from the website?

Before you tell me to use the creative cloud desktop app, i've tried. I can't even install it and I can't find a fix for it. So did I just waste my money? I can't download anything. My firewall is off for these downloads and I turned off my anti-virus software as well. I'm running windows 7 right now. Very frustrated right now. I'm getting the good ol' 205 error and nothing is working to fix it.

exactly. but is your problem like you try to download it online on the site and then it's like' "We are experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact our Support Team" or something like that? Cause that's my problem and I can't download ANYTHING!
