Question

Why can't I download my Creative Cloud Files (error code 133)

I have a 😧 with 1tb of space on it and also purchased the 1TB of cloud space from Adobe for £9 extra per monthly subscription.  When I try to download Photoshop or other Creative Cloud apps it says that I have an error code 133 and that there is not enough space.

I have made sure that 😧 is the main download and not C: and I can't seem to overcome this.

Can anyone help advise me please?

Thanks 🙂

Jasmine, my apologies for any confusion.  Error 133 indicates insufficient disk space to download and install the applications; this is not related to the amount of Cloud storage you purchased.  Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error133 for steps you can take to correct Error 133.

How much space do you have available on the drive/partition that contains the operating system?  How much RAM is installed on the computer?  For information on the minimum system requirements to install Adobe applications, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html.
