Why can't I get my order cancelled?

I am trying to cancel a membership..I don't have anything to return. I

subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF The subscription was for one year. the order

stated that I could cancel the subscription at any time via the subscription

manager on Adobe.com. or by calling Adobe customer service ay the number

for my region. Guess what!!!!! Phone number was for a service teck who

wants to sell a service. Adobe.com only want to sell you something. Good luck

if you want to cancel a membership.
