Why can't I install Creative Cloud?
Hi,
I can't install Creative Cloud.
After I download the file I double click on it to start the installation, but nothing happens.
How can I solve this problem?
Windows 8 is running on my pc.

Kindly run the CC Cleaner tool and check if there is anything related to Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Application manager in it, if you see it then please remove it:

You may also want to disable your computer firewall and security/Anti-virus program temporarily and then download a fresh setup for Adobe Creative Cloud desktop from the below link to install it:
