why can't I register another copy of Acrobat standard 11 on another computer. PLEASE HELP!!

    The message you are getting indicates that you are installing an upgrade version.  It is asking you to identify the older version that qualifies you to uyse the upgrade version as well as to provide the serial number for that older version.  The following might also help explain if I didn't do it very well...

    Registration is only done once per product.  There is no need to register more than once.

    I downloaded it onto the new device and when I put in the serial number it says it is valid but not for a qualifying product, please try another..

    I just don't get it.  please help I need this on my second computer.
