Why can´t I remove my CS 3 license from a computer not in use?

This is the instruction given - got it when I installed CS 3 on my new computer. Problem: Help > Deactive is not a highlighted option. How can I deactivate?

    Hi,

    I have tried all this, and spent hours with chat support. Nothing seems to work.

    The issue is unsolved..

    This may help, they have to reset your activation.
