My CC app mgr is not visable and not working. I can't uninstall it or reinstall the CC app. Everything just shuts down.
I unfortunately updated my os to el capitain and have had several serious issues. Is it the OS?

Kindly Remove Creative Cloud app and Adobe Application manager using -
Install Creative Cloud app- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html
