why cant i download creative cloud
no error just stopped at 45% ( Windows )

Hi Ken%20g,
We would like to know if installer is getting stuck while install Creative Cloud desktop app, or while installing any application using Creative cloud app.
If its with Creative Cloud desktop app, here are the steps that you may follow.
1: Run the setup as administrator.
2: Enable hidden admin account: Enable and Disable the Built-in Administrator Account (Standard 7 SP1).
In case its stuck while installing an application from Creative Cloud, try to troubleshoot it using log files using this link: Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install issues with log files.
