Why cant I download from Adobe?

Hi! when I try to download a testprogram from Adobes site, in this case, Dream Weaver, Nothing happens. I log in with my passwords.

I get the massage ”Downloading Dreamweaver” But I cant see the downloadingprocess and I know Nothing happens. I have waited in 3 days for this process 😂 I can download from Other sites and I have a pren. on Acrobat DC.

    install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

    Hi Jen,

     

    There are two most likely causes:

    1. Check to see if you have met the system requirements here:
      https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/system-requirements.html
    2. Have you used the free trial previously? You can’t use it a second time.

     

    If that doesn’t answer your questions, please give details of how you are trying to download the trial, your OS and version, and a screen shot of the error messages.
