Correct answer Barb Binder

so i expected it to cancel itself

I have learned the hard way that no subscription services that I use cancel themselves, Adobe or otherwise. When I purchase a subscription, I carefully read the terms and conditions and put the renewal date on my calendar so that I can cancel it if it turns out I no longer need it before it auto-renews.

You may have agreed a 12 month subscription that can't be cancelled. Look at your contract.

Hi

Try this:

From the Creative Cloud desktop app choose "Manage Account".

Once in your account under Plans & Products click on "Manage Plan"

Under Plan Details there should be an option to "Cancel Plan"
