I got a prompt from Adobe Application Manager "Updates could not be applied". I'm running the application manager on a PC with Windows XP.

Thank you Paul.  What update specifically are you trying to apply to Photoshop CS6?  I would recommend reviewing your installation logs for the recent update to determine why the update is failing.  Please see Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html for information on how to locate and review your installation log files.  You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.

Paul.przystawski what update specifically are you trying to apply?  What Adobe software title are you trying to update?

Hi Jeff,

It looks like a general update for the Adobe Application Manager itself needs to be updated. I have an update folder that opens automatically every time I turn on my PC. The content files are zipped but the installation never goes through. It's odd but I can't logon to the Adobe Application manager because of this and I get the error message.

Thanks,
